As the founder and driving force behind Sarthak Housing, Vikram Chavan has played a pivotal role in the company’s success. His determination, commitment, and insights into construction have helped to establish Sarthak Housing as a leader in the real estate industry in Pune, India.
Over the course of his 18 years of experience in real estate, Vikram Chavan has developed a reputation for developing high-quality landmarks in the city. In addition to his technical expertise, Vikram Chavan is also committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. He has set a goal of obtaining a 5-star GRIHA rating for an upcoming project, demonstrating his dedication to building homes that are not only comfortable and affordable but also eco-friendly.

Employee Engagement Programs
Sarthak Housing encompasses a nurturing work culture for all our employees. We constantly work towards making the company a platform for growth and development for each employee and plan initiatives and programs for their benefit. Recently, we have undertaken the insurance plan for each employee of Sarthak Housing wherein 50% of the premium is paid by the company while the remaining is paid by the employee. We endeavour to create a healthy work environment where productivity and innovation is always on We also participate in various social initiatives as a part of our CSR activities. Every Diwali, the team at Sarthak organises a visit to an old-age home, orphanage or any other NGO in need and we celebrate the festivities with the less-privileged. We also participate in Softball tournaments as a team to enhance our team spirit and enjoy some fun activities outside office. At Sarthak Housing, we strongly believe that results matter and relationships last!
Our Awards
We’re overwhelmed to announce that our Sarthak Belva Project was designated as the ‘Most Customer-Centric Homes’ at the Real Estate Awards 2022 Maharashtra, which was coordinated and hosted by News18 Lokmat. Renowned celebutantes like Mr. Chandrakant Patil, Maharashtra’s Minister of Higher and Technical Education, Mr. Murlidhar Mohol, former Mayor of Pune and Mr. Amitabh Gupta, former CP, Pune presented the awards. Mr. Vikram Chavan, our Director, was honored with the award by Mr. Punit Balan, a renowned businessman and social worker, and Mr. Jaydeep Bhogale, News18’s Senior General Manager. This award and recognition have truly proved to be a motivational factor for our entire team in taking on newer opportunities with added zeal.
